Though it is possible to load our tag through a tag manager (ex: Google Tag Manager), we don’t recommend it due to performance issues in displaying the changes.
The reason for this is that a tag manager has to be called first, before it can call our tag, and that may lead to a delay of a few milliseconds. A visitor could then see the original version of your page before the changes are applied (flickering effect).
If you do decide to use a tag manager, place the tag manager script as high as possible in the page’s source code rather than at the bottom of the page.
