If you frequently conduct tests, it is likely that you regularly track the same goals, regardless of test. For example, if your site is an ecommerce site, you will want to track goals such as “purchase confirmation” and “add to basket” on all of your tests.
You can already reuse goals defined in previous tests in your new tests. When you click “New goal”, you can simply choose the “Existing goal” tab, and select the goal from a list of goals that you have already created.
You can now also define favorite goals, which will automatically be added to each new test without you having to do anything (you won’t even have to click “New goal”).
To define your favorite goals, go to your account settings.
Next, click “Favorite goals”. You will then see a list of all the goals which have previously been defined in your account. All you have to do is tick the box next to each goal that you want to use as a favorite, and click “Save”. These will then be added automatically to your future tests.
