Once you are logged in, you will see the campaign dashboard along with any previously created tests, as well as the horizontal navigation menu and the platform header.
The platform header is located at the top of the interface.
Once they are logged in to the AB Tasty platform, all users can carry out the following actions:

User and customer account settings
Depending on the access rights assigned to the user currently logged in, they may access the advanced settings of their profile and the account they are logged in to.
- Click
, then Profile to access at least your Personal information.
The Personal information window enables you to configure the interface language and change your password.
- Click
, then Account Management to access at least the General information or all the settings.
The General information window enables you to configure the account name as well as the timezone and default currency.

If you cannot view any settings, this means you have restricted access rights. Contact the account owner to request extended access.

Tag update
By default, the AB Tasty script, or “tag”, is updated every time a test or personalization is started. This enables the most recent changes to be uploaded onto the website and to be seen by visitors.
You can force a tag update.
- To find out the date and time of the last update, apply the following steps:
- Hover the mouse pointer over the
icon:
The date and time of the last update are displayed, along with the timezone as defined in your computer’s settings.
- To force a tag update, apply the following steps:
- Click

The tag icon rotates and changes color until the script update is complete. This process takes a few seconds.
The tag icon’s color codes are as follows:

Accessing a customer account
As a user, you can have access to several customer accounts, particularly if you are in charge of managing several websites. In this case, a drop-down list appears in the configuration bar.
To switch from one customer account to another, apply the following steps:
- Click the drop-down list,
- Select the desired account from the list or run a search by typing its name in the field,
- Click the account you want to access:
The account dashboard and the test view are displayed by default.
Logging out of your user profile
To log out of a user profile, for instance in order to log in with a different profile, apply the following steps:
- Click

- Then click Sign out:
The login page is displayed.
