Accessing the dashboard
Once the user has logged in, the test dashboard of an existing customer account is displayed.
This interface includes all tests or personalizations created on the website of the account.
By default, the first 12 tests or personalizations are loaded in the list.
To show more, click the View more button at the bottom of the list.
This type of dashboard is available both for tests (A/B, multivariate, multipage, predictive) and for all personalizations.
To access the test dashboard, hover your pointer over Campaigns and click Tests.
To access the personalization dashboard, hover your pointer over Campaigns and click Personalizations.
List of tests and personalizations
When you create a test or personalization, a new line is added to the dashboard.
The test or personalization line contains the following information:

Test icon
The icon enables you to identify the type of test. There is an icon for each of the five types of tests.

Each test is assigned a unique ID.
To copy the test ID onto the clipboard, apply the following steps:
- Click the test icon,
- Use ctrl + V or cmd + V to paste the ID into your message or application in order to pass it on to third parties.
Name of the test or personalization
The name is the label specified when creating the test or personalization.
To change it, apply the following steps:
- Click

- Enter a new label,
- Click
to save it or to cancel the change.
Information insert
Displays the summary of the test or personalization’s main settings.
To show these settings, apply the following steps:
- Place the mouse pointer on

The summary of the test or personalization’s main settings is displayed.
The insert contains the following information:
- Test ID
- URL of the website which the test is created on
- Creation date
- Number of variations
- Traffic allocation
- Targeting options (targeted pages and targeting criteria applied to visitors)
- Integration with a DMP or web analytics tool
Start button
When you click the Start button of a test or personalization, all changes become visible to users.
A test can be started in Production mode.
The Production mode enables you to display changes for all visitors to your website.
Pause button
When you click the Pause button of a test or personalization, this stops the test and users can no longer see the changes.
Number of views
This is the number of unique visitors to the web page containing the changes.
Dates
By default, until the test is started for the first time, the creation date is displayed here. Once the test has been started, the date on which it was last started or paused is displayed.
Action bar
This bar enables you to carry out the following actions on your tests and personalizations (to carry out Schedule, Duplicate and Archive actions, click the ) :

Archive |
Click this icon to archive the test. It will no longer appear on the dashboard and will be moved to the Archived folder. For more on this, refer to Filtering and organizing the list of tests and personalizations. |

Unarchive |
Only available via the Archived folder. Click this icon to move the test from the Archived folder to the default dashboard view. For more on this, refer to Filtering and organizing the list of tests and personalizations. |

Schedule |
Click this icon to configure the start date and the pause date of the test or personalization. |
Tag
Keyword assigned to the test or personalization. By default, when a test or personalization is created, a tag containing the name of the user logged in to the platform during the test creation step is added automatically.
To add a new tag, apply the following steps:
- Click Add a tag,
- Enter a new keyword,
- Hit Enter on your keyboard to save the new keyword,

Filtering and organizing the list of tests and personalizations
The dashboard features various options that make your tests and personalizations easy to find.
Filtering by type of test (icon)
You can filter your list of tests based on type: A/B, multipage, multivariate, predictive or server-side.
To do this,
- Go to the test dashboard,
- Click the desired icon above the list of tests:
The list is updated and only the tests that match the criteria are displayed. - Click the previously selected icon again to return to the default list.

Filtering by status
You can filter the list of tests and personalizations based on their status.
To do this,
- Go to the test or personalizations dashboard,
- Click the Filter by status drop-down list,
- Select the desired status:
The list is updated and only the tests or personalizations that match the criteria are displayed. - Select Filter by status in the drop-down list to return to the default list.
The following statuses are available:
Status |
Specific features |
---|---|
Live |
Once the test or personalization has been started, the status Live appears. The only possible action is to pause it. (See Start button). |
Paused |
When the test or personalization is paused, the status Paused appears. The only possible action is to start it. (Voir Pause button) |
Scheduled |
A badge appears on the test or personalization icon to indicate that a start and a stop have been scheduled for it. (See Start button). |
Archived |
The Unarchive icon appears in the action bar The test or personalization cannot be started or paused. (See Action bar)

Search
You can run a search based on the name of the test/personalization or a URL.
To do this,
- Click
,
- Enter the name or URL of the website,
(You can also enter a single word):
The list is updated and only the tests or personalizations that match the criteria are displayed. - Click
to delete the search and return to the default list.
Folders
You can create folders and organize your tests or personalizations into them.
Creating a folder
To create a folder, apply the following steps:
- Click
:
The folder pane is displayed at the bottom of the list. - Click the
icon,
- Enter the folder name,
- Click
to save it.
Renaming a folder
To rename an existing folder, apply the following steps:
- Click
:
The folder pane is displayed at the bottom of the list. - Click the folder you want to rename,
- Click the
icon to edit the name or
to cancel the change,
- Change the name,
- Click
to save the name or
to cancel the change.
Deleting a folder
To delete a folder, apply the following steps:
- Click

- Confirm deletion,

If the folder contains tests or personalizations, these aren’t deleted along with the folder. They remain available in the main list. |
Organizing tests/personalizations into a folder
To move a test or personalization into a folder, apply the following steps:
- Click
:
The folder pane is displayed at the bottom of the list. - Click and hold on the test or personalization you want to move,
- Drag the test onto the desired folder and let go:
The number on the folder increases incrementally each time you add a test. - Click the folder to view its content:
The list is updated and only the tests or personalizations that match the criteria are displayed.

Viewing the content of a folder
You can filter the list of your tests or personalizations based on the folders they have been sorted into.
To view the content of a folder, apply the following steps:
- Click

The folder pane is displayed at the bottom of the list. - Click the desired folder:
The list is updated and only the tests or personalizations that match the criteria are displayed. - Click the selected folder again to return to the default list.

Creating a test or personalization
Tests and personalizations are created via the dashboard.
To do this,
- Go to the test or personalization view by clicking Campaigns>Test or Campaigns>Personalization,
- Click Create,
- If you are in the Test view, select the type of test (A/B, multivariate, multi-page, predictive or server-side),
- Carry out the 5 test/personalization configuration steps, i.e.:
1. Main information
2. Variation editor
3. Targeting
4. Traffic allocation
5. Integration of third-party tools
