Accessing the dashboard
Once the user has logged in, the test dashboard of an existing customer account is displayed.
This interface includes all tests, patches or personalizations created on the website of the account.
By default, the first 12 campaigns are loaded in the list.
To show more, scroll down to the bottom of the list.
This type of dashboard is available both for tests (A/B, A/B with dynamic allocation, multivariate, multipageand patch) and for all personalizations (simple, multipage, multiexperience).
To access the test dashboard, hover your pointer over Experimentation from the sidebar menu.
To access the personalization dashboard, hover your pointer over Personalization and click Your Personalizations.
List of tests and personalizations
When you create a test or personalization, a new line is added to the dashboard.
The test or personalization line contains the following information:

Campaign icon
The icon enables you to identify the type of campaign. There is an icon for each of the five types of tests, patch and tree types of personalizations.

Name of the campaign
The name is the label specified when creating the test, patch or personalization.
To change it, apply the following steps:
- Click
on the right of the campaign name,
- Enter a new label,
- Click the check to save it or cancel the change.
Information insert
Displays the summary of the campaign main settings.
To show these settings, apply the following steps:
Place the mouse pointer on :
The summary of the test or personalizationโs main settings is displayed.
The insert contains the following information:
- URL of the website which the campaign is created on
- Number of variations
- Traffic allocation
- Integration with a DMP or web analytics tool
- Original campaign ID the campaign has been duplicated from
Campaign ID
Each campaign is assigned a unique ID.
To copy the copy ID onto the clipboard go hover the campaign ID and click on icon.
Number of views
This is the number of unique visitors to the web page containing the changes.
Campaign duration and dates
Campaign duration relates to the number of days a campaign has been running since the first time it was launched.
By default, until the test is started for the first time, the creation date is displayed here. Once the test has been started, the date on which it was last started or paused is displayed.

Report access
Click this icon to access the test or personalization report.
Note that Patch campaigns don't have a report access.
Tag
Keyword assigned to the test or personalization. By default, when a test or personalization is created, a tag containing the name of the user logged in to the platform during the test creation step is added automatically.
To add a new tag, apply the following steps:
- Click Add a tag,
- Enter a new keyword,
- Hit Enter on your keyboard to save the new keyword,

Action bar
This bar appears on hover of a campaign row. It enables you to carry out the following actions on your tests and personalizations (to carry out Duplicate, Archive and Delete actions, click the ):

Archive |
Click this icon to archive the test. It will no longer appear on the dashboard and will be moved to the Archived folder. For more on this, refer to Filtering and organizing the list of tests and personalizations. |

Start button
When you click the Start button of a test or personalization, all changes become visible to users.
A test can be started in Production mode.
The Production mode enables you to display changes for all visitors to your website.
Pause button
When you click the Pause button of a test or personalization, this stops the test and users can no longer see the changes.
- QA a campaign
When you enable the QA mode from the 7th Step QA & Overview. The status button automatically shows that the qa mode is activated.
Live in QA means that your campaign is currently live for a restricted amount of users (include in your qa mode criteria)
Paused in QA means that the campaign is currently paused but with the qa mode active on it.
- Schedule a campaign
Click on the status button, then select Schedule to schedule a campaign to be played or paused in the future.
When scheduled a icon will appear on the campaign row.
- Archived campaign
Only available via the Archived folder. Click this icon to move the test from the Archived folder to the default dashboard view.

Filtering and organizing the list of tests and personalizations
The dashboard features various options that make your campaigns easy to find.
Filtering by type of campaign
You can filter your list of campaign based on type: A/B, A/B with dynamic allocation, multipage, multivariate or patch for tests. And simple, multipage, multiexperience for personalizations.
To do this,
- Go to the experimentation or personalization dashboard,
- Click All types filter above the dashboard
- Select the campaign type of your choice:
The list is updated and only the campaigns that match the criteria are displayed. - Click Reset to return to the default list.
Filtering by status
You can filter the list of tests and personalizations based on their status.
To do this,
- Go to the experimentation or personalizations dashboard,
- Click the All status filter drop-down list,
- Select the desired status:
The list is updated and only the tests or personalizations that match the criteria are displayed. - Click Reset to return to the default list.
The following statuses are available:

Specific features |

Live |
Once the test or personalization has been started, the status Live appears. The possible actions are to pause it or schedule it. When the QA mode is active on campaign, the following status will appear. |
Paused |
When the test or personalization is paused, the status Paused appears. The possible actions are to start it or schedule it. When the QA mode is active on campaign, the following status will appear. |
Scheduled |
A (See Start button). |
Archived |
The Unarchive icon appears in the action bar and enables you to move the test into the main view. The test or personalization cannot be started or paused. (See Action bar) |
Folders
You can create folders and organize your tests or personalizations into them.
Creating a folder
To create a folder, apply the following steps:
- Click on All Folders filter.
- Select Create a folder.
- Enter the folder name in the modal.
- Save your folder.
Renaming a folder
To rename an existing folder, apply the following steps:
- Click the All Folders filter.
- On hover of the folder click the pen icon to edit the name.
- Change the name from the modal.
- Save.
The folder pane is displayed at the bottom of the list. - Click the folder you want to rename.
- Click the pen icon to edit the name or the bin to cancel the change.
- Change the name.
- Click the save icon to save the name or the bin to cancel the change.
Deleting a folder
To delete a folder, apply the following steps:
- Click on All Folders filter,
- On hover of the folder name click the bin icon to delete the folder,
- Confirm the deletion.

If the folder contains tests or personalizations, these arenโt deleted along with the folder. They remain available in the main list. |
Organizing a campaign into a folder
To move a campaign into a folder, apply the following steps:
- Click on the more action icon
from the campaign row,
- Select Add to folder option,
- Then select the desired folder.

Viewing the content of a folder
You can filter the list of your tests or personalizations based on the folders they have been sorted into.
To view the content of a folder, apply the following steps:
- Click the All Folders filter,
- Select the desired folder from the dropdown:
The list is updated and only the tests or personalizations that match the criteria are displayed. - Click Reset to return to the default list.
Creating a campaign
Tests and personalizations are created via the dashboard.
To do this,
- Go to the Experimentation or Personalization view by clicking Experimentation or Personsalization > Your Personalization,
- Click Create,
- If you are in the Experimentation view, select the type of test (A/B, multi-page,multivariate or patch),
- If you are in the Personalization view, select the type of personalization (simple, multipage or multiexperience),
- Carry out the 7 campaign configuration steps, i.e.:
1. Main information
2. Variation editor
3. Goals
4. Targeting
5. Traffic allocation
6. Advanced options
7. QA & Overview
