[Session recording] Why do my pages appear broken and the CSS isn’t loaded?

The servers used for Session recording need access to your resources (images, CSS, etc.) in order to generate the replay correctly. If the CSS is broken, this means your resources are not publicly reachable (for instance if they are on an Intranet or on a website accessed via a VPN).
To be able to view quality recordings, you must make your resources public by carrying out the following steps:

• Allow the following domains:
  • sr.proxy.abtasty.com
  • az-sr-us.abtasty.com
  • az-sr-eu.abtasty.com
• Allow the following IPs:
  • 20.54.226.73
  • 52.154.252.162

If the issue persists, please contact your dedicated CSM.
