π Definition
The prioritization screen enables you to prioritize your personalization campaigns when you need to launch several campaigns at the same time, especially when they are in conflict, that is to say they are displayed on the same page(s) and target the same segment.
Prioritization is available for all types of personalization campaigns: simple personalization, multipage personalization and multi-experience personalization.
It may be useful in the following cases:
- You donβt want to spam your visitors with several messages/popins at once on a specific page.
- You donβt want to distort the results of your campaigns (and ensure that every single user will see only 1 personalization campaign at a time).
- You donβt want to visually break a page (when there are several popins triggered on the same page for example).
- You want to decide which campaigns must be seen as a priority if the user matches the segment of several campaigns.
βοΈ Configuration
To prioritize your personalization campaigns, you should:
- Identify potential conflicts between campaigns, that is to say use the 2 available filters to identify the campaigns to prioritize.
- Prioritize campaigns by placing them in priority levels, that is to say defining the prioritization rule.
To learn more about prioritization, please refer to the FAQ or the developer portal.
