How to Use the Knowledge Base?

This article introduces you to how to use the knowledge base.

About This User Guide

This knowledge base is the main source of documentation you will need to use the AB Tasty platform.

It is meant for administrators, editors, users, and viewers of the platform, from beginners to advanced end-users, and helps them to set up the AB Tasty account, answer their precise questions about the way AB Tasty works and create and analyze campaigns using our UI.

We also have the Developer Portal to help developers and technical people perform advanced settings and use specific options such as the public API.

For further information about the Developer Portal, refer to the developer portal.

Each article is written to both understand the way a feature works and how to use it on the platform.

Please, read carefully this documentation, especially if you start with AB Tasty. It will be very helpful to you as you set up your account, launch campaigns, or read your report's data.

If you have questions or feedback about the documentation, you can submit your needs by:

👉 Using our feedback deposit screen: while logged in to the AB Tasty platform, click Help/ Submit feedback and send your idea through our dedicated page. An AB Tasty member will answer you directly on the screen, and you will receive a notification email for each update.
